Rebecca Schneider, PT, DPT was raised in New Jersey and began her studies by earning a BA in Biology from the University of Virginia in 1998. Rebecca moved to Los Angeles to continue her education and received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California in 2009.  Upon graduation from USC, she was also presented with the Physical Therapy Division’s award for Outstanding Scholarly Achievement.

Rebecca completed a number of rigorous internships throughout her studies at USC, including time at USC’s Faculty PT Practice, Children’s Hospital LA, the Hopi Native American Hospital and several prestigious, private practices in LA.  She focuses on the treatment of orthopedic and sports-related conditions with an interest in utilizing her knowledge of Pilates and yoga in treatment. Rebecca is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the California Physical Therapy Association.

Outside of the office, Rebecca is the Volunteer Coordinator for Marathon Kids, a non-profit organization that encourages children to fall in love with running. Rebecca enjoys running, hiking and traveling. She has visited Russia, South America, Australia, Europe and South Africa.
