If you are a current volunteer and would like to sign up for times on Gmail Calendar:
(Gmail Calendar works a lot like Microsoft Outlook or iCal)
1. Go to http://www.google.com/calendar
2. Sign in with
----- Email: westwoodpt
----- Password: **given at work**
3. Select the day you want on the calendar on top left.
4. Scroll to the time you want
5. Then, with your mouse, select and drag the time you want to volunteer
6. In the box that pops up, next to "What:", type in your first name.
7. Then push Enter OR click on "Create Event"
8. To Delete:
----- Click on the specific event/time you want to delete
----- In the box that pops up, click on "Delete".
