You would live longer, and spend less money on managing chronic disease. Sounds too good to be true? What’s the catch? 40% of American adults are inactive; on average, gyms’ lose 40% of their members annually, and 50% of individuals starting an exercise program drop out after 6 months.
Why is it so hard?
Some of the top reasons that people drop out are the inability to start; not increasing their exercise levels; lack of time, support and confidence; presence of an injury; or incomplete and improper information regarding the proper amount and type of exercised need.
What is the solution?
GTS or gravity training. Gravity training uses an incline board, gravity, and your own body weight to quickly and efficiently complete a total strength, flexibility and endurance workout in 30 minutes. Our instructors are physical therapists & athletic trainers, who modify, cue, and program plan to meet your individual needs.
Programming includes:
- GRAVITY Personal Training: Supervised sessions on GTS, either one-on-one or in small groups require no moving around the gym or waiting for equipment. Members can enjoy lower prices for training in small groups while continuing to receive the personal attention so important to a successful personal training experience.
- GRAVITY Post-rehab: Total Gym has a long history of application in physical therapy and athletic training. EFI Sports Medicine developed the GRAVITY Post-rehab education in association with industry professionals so that clients who work with trainers who have completed this program will have confidence that their conditioning program will complement their recent physical therapy treatment.
- GRAVITY Pilates: These exciting new classes create an environment of immediate success for seasoned Pilates participants and newcomers, too. Offering traditional and evolved programs, GRAVITY Pilates addresses and overcomes participant’s strength and flexibility limitations, improves core stability and control for all fitness levels.
